My dog Shiloh had a great experience at Dapper Dog Grooming. I arrived a few minutes early for his pickup and I watched him from my car. He was so calm and relaxed. I can tell he was enjoying the experience. He came home looking great and happy. The place is clean, calm, and the staff were extremely professional from start to finish.

I just moved to Plymouth and decided to try Dapper Dogs with my rescue chihuahua, who has major stranger danger. Groomers have always been a struggle for us because he gets extremely stressed, so my expectations were honestly pretty low.
I cannot say enough good things about this experience. From the start, they were patient, kind, and truly listened to his boundaries—which means everything to me. There was no rushing, no forcing, just genuine care for my dog’s comfort and safety. They were even able to do his ears and teeth, which honestly blew me away. I would’ve been thrilled if they managed to cut just one toenail.
Alyssa went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism she showed. If you have a nervous dog or a rescue with trust issues, this is absolutely the place to go. We’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time using them. Very satisfied. They spent a lot of time getting to know the dog and did a great job. Very professional and they appear to care for the dogs. Their bathing system is very good as the dog felt cleaner and fluffier than ever.

Lyssa really goes above and beyond caring for pups. In addition to a gorgeous groom, she was able to identify our 6mo old berner's anxieties around surfaces (he gets nervous until he is used to a new floor/tile etc.) and recommend ways for us to help ease those anxieties. She also spotted his dry skin before even taking him back, and she adjusted her grooming game plan to best accommodate his needs. We are so grateful to have a trustworthy groomer for our little guy!

My dog Milo loves going here so they are definitely doing something right. He loves everyone there. I am always thrilled with how he comes out. He's a golden retriever so lots of hair to deal with but he looks beautiful at the end

The first time I went to Dapper it went really well. They gave my dog the cutest haircut. They were respectful and pleasant and I knew I would go back. Second time around COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. I asked to keep his hair short around his tail, bum, paws, but trim his back. They shaved my entire dog. My 8 month old puppy looks ridiculous and I didn’t even want to pay $80 for them to ruin my 10lb dog. On top of that they told me going forward I would need to pay for an express pass (an extra $40) because he barked the entire 3 hours they had him there. I told them to call me immediately when they were done with him but they said that they do multiple dogs at once. So now they want me to pay $120 for a 10lb dog bath, trim, and nail cut. This is ridiculous. They were extremely rude and basically told me I wasn’t allowed back unless I paid this.
I was completely baffled at what they were saying I didn’t even get a chance to tell them how awful the dog looked. So sad. First picture is the first visit.

Dapper Dog is absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we found this place, we all have been very happy with every facet. The owner, Siena, is delightful and really knows how important dogs are to those of us who own them and love them. Katie has been our groomer during our time there and she does an amazing job with our sheepadoodle, Cooper, who wags his tail about a half mile before we get to the parlor in anticipation of what is going to be happening there. Not a shy dog by any means, he literally prances out after a grooming, insisting that everyone look at him and remark upon how cute he is! Obviously, I highly recommend Dapper Dog and everyone associated with it and Cooper agrees!!

When we picked her up, not only did she look adorable—fluffy, fresh, and perfectly trimmed—but she was also calm and happy. It's clear she felt safe and pampered the entire time.

I can’t say enough about Dapper dog! I was very impressed from the start. I was trying to schedule an appointment on their website and I got a call back less then 24 hours to finalize Bella’s appointment and they send you all the information you need to help set up her own account by sharing a link along with a picture of how you like your fur baby groomed!! They are so friendly and so helpful making a smooth transition from my last groominers when I got to my appointment I was greeted with such friendliness as was Bella and they had a little gift bag with her name on it and their shop is so adorable and very very clean!!

We take our goldendoodle here every few weeks. Korryn does an amazing job at keeping her fur on the longer side which we like and Pearl always leaves looking so fresh and fluffy! They are the best!

My experience with dapper dogs in Kingston was amazing. I had called over five different groomers to clip my dog's nails and there was either a weight restriction or they didn't want to take a German Shepherd. My Ruby is extremely friendly , there was so many excuses. So I called dapper dogs they got me in within a half hour and they was so great with my Ruby . Got her nails done and under 10 minutes. they were all so nice and kind and treated my dog like family I referred a couple of people there and I will continue to go there with my dog . I absolutely love it there and I won't go anywhere else from now on. Thank you Dapper dogs I really appreciate you

Brought both my dogs there and they had such a wonderful experience with the groomer Ella. It was one of our dogs first time being groomed and they kept me updated through the whole time. I love how they don’t do too many dogs at once, and text you letting you know your dog will be ready in 15 minutes.

Highly recommend! Dapper Dog Grooming did an excellent job getting the Matt’s out of Luna ‘s fur. She usually is petrified of the groomer and they said she did great! I also bring my lab who always comes back soft and clean!
