Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies happen and plans can change; sometimes, you might need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you find yourself in this situation, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate those on our waiting list.
If cancellations are made less than 24 hours before your appointment, a fee of 50% of the grooming service will be applied. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve you and our other clients better!
Vaccination Requirement
For the well-being of all our furry guests, as well as our talented groomers, we require proof of current Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations for all pups visiting the Pawlor.
If you haven’t already uploaded proof of vaccination, please email your vaccination documents to us before your grooming appointment. It’s a simple step that goes a long way in keeping our pawlor safe and happy for everyone!
Matting Policy
We’ve all seen those tricky tangles and mats that can sometimes make our pups look more like wild beasts than pampered pets! Matting can be uncomfortable for your dog, and it’s different from the usual knots because it involves hair tangling right down to the skin. This is more common in dogs with curly, fine, or double coats.
When you arrive with your dog, we’ll discuss the best approach to handle any mats and ensure your furry friend’s comfort and safety while managing your expectations regarding the overall price and cut for your dog. Depending on the condition of your dog’s coat and the severity of its matting, we may require that you sign a release form prior to beginning your appointment.
